Changes - updated the debuff timers for 3.1's API change so it correctly only shows your debuffs on the target. Added some sparks. Adjusted the Hunger for Blood rules for 3.1. Added a DP tick timer.

Features: /skd scale [0.5-3] - adjusts size /skd alpha [0-1] - adjusts transparency Energy Bar: - Its Yellow! Hooray Yellow! - ticks backward, so that energy capping appears the same as an expiring buff or cooldown - includes an orange indicator for how much energy had changed in the last few updates to indicate rate of change Slice and Dice Bar: - Its Orange! - includes a cp/dp counter to indicate when Envenom is ready for SnD renewal. Hunger for Blood Bar: - Its Red! - includes a % counter indicating 0%/5%/10%/15% depending on the state of your HfB stack. Rupture Bar: - Its Red and Scabby! - bar is serrated to indicate Rupture ticks - includes a # of ticks counter indicating how many are left. All Bars: - each bar is overlayed with a grey bar indicating time under global cooldown - each bar is overlayed with a mini bar indicating how long it will be until your energy is high enough to refresh the bar. For the Energy bar itself, this is using the energy required for your next Mutilate. Advice: - a text field below the bars. - suggests a next move in order to enforce a mutilate priority-queue. - watches your poisons (will tell you to renew them at 15 minutes left, so they don't wear off during a boss fight) - watches your distance to the target (melee range or not) - watches your hunger for blood stacks - Based on your cp/dp/energy/gcd and timers on your various buffs will suggest the next move to maintain a mut rotation. - HfB uptime most important - SnD, via envenom, second priority - only suggesting rupture after the last tick has fallen off to avoid clipping. - Eviscerate, if and only if an envenom is unavailable and energy is going to cap soon. - If an envenom is desired, waits until you have a 4/4 or 4/5 or 5/5 stack first. - etc Need to add: - intellegence for threat%, with advice for vanish - smarter advice - "do X then Y" rather than just a single move ahead - tighten up the advice so its more obvious when you should hit the button - currently it shows up a little early, and in grey, until the GCD makes it available - but that doesn't mean the energy is ready. Also: - Add logic for other builds: Hfb yes/no Deadly poison/envenom vs Eviscerate sinister strike vs mut vis backstab as a combo builder correct energy estimation based on (for instance) t7 2 piece bonus and glyphs.
